Easy Ems India is well-equipped with latest machinery that is necessary for carrying out large scale production. Our infrastructural facility is carefully divided into several units to ensure that all the processes are carried out in the most streamlined manner. Manufacturing, warehousing, packaging, in-house quality and sales & marketing unit, are some of the essential division of our infrastructure. We have appointed a team of skilled professionals, to handle and manage different units of our infrastructure.

Production Facilities:

At Easy EMS India, we have SMT production capacity of 75,000 chips components per hour on Phillips & Juki SMT machines. SMT placement includes the latest component spectrum from 0402 to QFP, QFN, BGA, BGA, µBGA and flip-chip and many more. Our facility consists of:

a) Fully ESD controlled manufacturing environment

b) High speed Phillips SMT Fast Components Mounter (FCM) with 96k SMT Placements per hour & Phillips Chip Shooter (Gem Sapphire) with a throughput of 15000 SMT components placement per hour.

c) Semi Automatic Solder Paste Printing Machine

d) Five Zone Reflow oven with mesh conveyore) Cold Air Dryer and Air Compressor for SMT Line.f) Two Manual insertion line for through hole components

g) Ultrasonic cleaning machines

Depending on size of the project, we can do everything from medium high-volume assembly to small orders on our SMT pick-and-place production line and
prototyping by hand-assembly of PCBs . Once placement is complete, the best possible soldering result is achieved with Hot reflow oven followed by Line inspections.
